Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce low sodium, non-GMO certified preferred
- 1 Tbsp honey I use raw honey
- 1 cup chicken stock homemade or low sodium preferred
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into crock pot, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Shred chicken to serve.
